UEF’s milestones in international cooperation and training in 2024

2024 marks UEF’s milestones in internationalize education strategy, which brought UEFers a diverse academic environment and opportunities for global experiences. This orientation is always closely followed and implemented, with constant improvements in both quality and quantity. Now, let’s take a look at the past year of UEF’s robust international activities in many fields.
 
UEF marked numerous milestones in 2024 international activities 

UEFer’s international activities diversified 

UEF held many cultural exchange and meeting programs, helped UEFers expose themselves to various cultures and educations. The campus continuously welcomes international students for exchange, learning and internship, which contributes to creating a professional and professional learning environment. UEF simultaneously welcomes international students for study and meetings 

Aimed to expand international academic training environment, in 2024, aside from international cooperation programme with U.S and U.K universities, UEF continued to deploy international semester programmes for UEFers, included Malaysian and Korean universities such as Malaysia Sarawak University (UNIMAS), HELP University, Tongmyong University,...

Additionally, workshops and talkshows were held with highly experienced international speakers to inspire and assist UEFErs in approaching the global citizen model, equipped with new knowledge and skill in the scene of integration. The cultural and arts events were also highly promoted and brought a variety of grand, artistic and cultural entertainment scenes. 

 
Active learning environment for students brought by international activities diversification 

Continuously seek and expand international cooperation network 

UEF continuously extends cooperation with global partners in order to bring UEFers quality study and internship programs. The MOU signing with nearly 100 universities, businesses, organizations, associations,... marks a great milestone in international cooperation. 

 
Continuously welcomes and work with international organizations, expand global opportunities for UEFers

The highlight being the signing with 44 universities in the field of accountancy-financial from Indonesia and Malaysia, 11 Universities from Korea, Webster University - USA, Nanhua University - Taiwan, IMI Institute - Switzerland, Shandong Normal University - China, DSTI School of Engineering and Rennes School of Business - France, Udon Thani Rajabhat University - Thailand, The Hotel School Australia, National Geographic Learning Asia, Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), Kimberly-Clark,...

 
Non-stop seeking and expand the list of international partners
The act of seeking, expanding and signing MOU with international universities, organizations, associations and businesses in the past year once again confirms UEF’s academic position on the global education map. The cooperation agreements have created opportunities for UEF to approach advanced educational models, better training quality, innovate and standardize according to international standards. Additionally, UEFers have more studying chances at international businesses, expand global cooperation networks and career orientation, creating competitive advantage, and confidently entering the current active and multicultural labor market.  

International interns continues to grow both quality and quantity 

The dramatically raised number of international interns arriving at UEF for internship and learning in 2024 proved UEF’s effort in building a modern, multicultural and professional academic environment. 

In addition, UEFers were given the opportunity to enroll in international learning programs in numerous countries such as Japan, Singapore, USA, China… in various fields and forms, suitable with their current major. The act of expanding countries and internship fields provided UEFers with real-life experiences, nurtured their skills and enhance competitiveness in the international labor market. 

 
The number of UEFers going abroad continues to rise in the past year

Up to now, UEF has a total of almost 300 hundred students participating in the international internship programmes, including 120 interns who went abroad. Through this program, they get top equip many valuable experiences, enhance their specialized knowledge, train their soft skills, improve language skills and integrate in the multicultural working environment, ready for global integration. 

These milestones have affirmed UEF’s commitment in providing UEFers with a quality academic environment, international experiences and comprehensive development opportunities, meeting the trend of globalization in the current academic scene.
