This meeting focused on the three main categories: Implementation of plans for the second semester and 2024-2025 summer semester; understanding the graduation process for the class of 2021 students; introducing the training management and online service system. Here, they were updated in the upcoming schedule, had their questions answered regarding issues such as internships, graduation thesis, graduation review, as well as the output standards for Foreign Language and Information Technology. Additionally, Mr. Le Dung also offered instructions on how to make use of the most of the functions of the new digital system, make study and academic management more efficient and effective.
Followed the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Viet introduced the promising project of “10 USD You can learn” - a comprehensive curriculum, combining both dynamic soft skills and community experiences for UEFers. With the message “Multi cultural - Multi experiences”, the project specialized on eliminating language barriers, not only developing English skills but also providing UEFers opportunities to expose themselves to Spanish language alongside the rich Spanish-Latin American pot of culture.

In order to complete the graduation procedures, UEFers need to meet the required output standards for English and Information Technology. During this meeting, UEFers are also offered with latest information on the opening schedule, registration procedures and important notifications about the courses at UEF to better prepare and proactively complete the necessary requirements to closer achieve the graduation goal.
Before ending the session, Mr. Bui Quang Dong emphasized on adhering to transportation safety regulations and not to violate UEF’s overall regulations. Furthermore, he also warned the students about the risks related to job scams, forgery of study abroad information documents to embezzle money, and the dangers of sharing misleading information on social media.

Through this meeting, the “student leaders” of each class played an important role in updating and delivering the messages to their classmates, creating a pioneering team and encouraging their peers to participate in UEF’s activities to promote the collaboration spirit, enthusiasm in addition to passion in study. We truly believe, the meeting between class committee and Youth union - Student Associations officials solved the UEFer’s concerns and provided timely updates on essential information. UEF would like to extend our best wishes to all of you for an ground-breaking and immensely successful academic semester.
