Speaker Nguyen Thi Lan Chi instructed the contestants on standard manners in communication, from how to walk confidently with decisive steps, straight eyes, straight back to how to interact with eye contact on stage with the “three points of view” (middle, left, right). Additionally, they also learned how to make a v shape when standing, place their hands naturally in front of their stomach and sit on half of the chair, with straight or little bend back, avoid placing your arms on the table. These skills not only shows the contestants' professional manners but also leave a good impression of their confidence and a create sympathy for the other ones.

One of the interesting highlights of the training was the direct practice for the contestants. With the thoughtful observation and guidance from the speaker, they had the opportunity to fix their steps, improve their soft skills and show their attractive aura when moving. The finalists were given instructions on skin care and make-up routines for both men and women, alongside important notes such as keeping your hair clean, checking your teeth and nails, ensuring clean shoes and neat outfits. These small details will contribute to the best preparation for the Finals.
