The activities of the Faculty of Business Administration, in collaboration with the Center of Corporate Partnerships and its partners, fostered connections that enabled both sides to discover and make the best selections.
The UEF representatives supporting the students included Mr. Huynh Quoc Phong, Director of the Center of Corporate Partnerships, and Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Thuy Tien, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration. On the employer’s side, Mr. Nakayama Ken, Director of the Nakayama Agency, and representatives of IFK Japan.
The representatives of the faculty sent words of encouragement to student’s spirit before the interview with Japan’s enterprises
The one-on-one interviews gave students ample time and opportunity to present themselves confidently to their potential partner. From answering simple questions about their introductions, hobbies, and extracurricular activities, both inside and outside the university, to addressing more challenging inquiries about Japan's country, culture, and people, the students performed admirably. Notably, when asked about the aim of their journey, many students demonstrated their determination through well-defined self-development plans and clear career goals.
The students confidently answered the enterprises’ questions
For students who are not in the Faculty of Japanese Language, UEF provided language training classes and lessons on Japanese culture to ensure they had a solid foundation to successfully complete their internships.
