December 16, In the field of scientific research, data collection, processing, and analysis are necessary and specific steps. This activity aims to fulfill a key part of creating research in social sciences, natural sciences, and business fields. To complete a research product, SPSS is a robust and flexible estimating tool that plays an important role.
December 13, In order for UEFers to have a better understanding about this part, Faculty of Business Administrations (FBA) held the workshop to guide students in scientific research session 3: data processing with SPSS with the topic “SPSS data analysis with integration of Chat GPT”. The activity is a part of scientific research skills training program for FBAers.
The workshop is joined by Dr. Huynh Nhut Nghia - Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration.Assisting with student training this time is Mr. Nguyen Phu Quoi - Lecturer of the Faculty of Business Administration.
Delving into the main topic, Mr. Phu Quoi along with the students, began praticing data analysis. UEFers have had valuable experiences about specialized knowledge in the field of research through hands-on analysis on collected data. The lecturer carefully instructed the students step by step on the SPSS software, from data collection, choosing suitable analysis methods to explain the results and give conclusions. The students were encouraged to give questions, engage in discussions and share their opinions throughout the entire practice session.
In the next session, Mr. Phu Quoi guided the students on how to integrate SPSS and Chat GPT in order to greatly assist them in demonstrating analysis results, explain the estimated numbers’s meaning and give proposals to improve research methods. This combination helped UEFers maximize data processing, save more time in finishing reports, in the meantime enhance professionalism and effectiveness of their research.

Apart from the speaker’s insights about SPSS, the workshop also allocated time for students' questions, allowing them to gain more valuable knowledge from the lecturer. During this session, FBAers confidently asked questions to receive detailed answers. Mr. Phu Quoi enthusiastically provided explanations to help UEFers deepen their understanding and acquire essential tips for effective data analysis.
