The competition is held by the Chinese Language Department - Faculty of Languages and International Cultures, a fascinating academic showcase for students passionate in Chinese Language and exploring Chinese culture.

More than just a language competition, Ring The Red Bell also brought a journey of discovering the multi-color Chinese culture, spread through various factors of language, history, literature, artistry, economy, culinary,... This year’s competition attracted the interest of numerous students from Southern Universities, created an academic showcase that is both specialized and highlighted the spirit of exchanging, connecting and learning.

MARCH 1, the evaluations were held online with the competition of more than eighty teams from many universities. The contestants underwent a challenging test with various questions ranging from easy to difficult, requesting comprehensive knowledge about China. After a stressful competition, Top 20 most excellent teams officially revealed, ready to step into the finishing leg.

The qualified teams for the Finals hailed from different universities of: UEF, Ton Duc Thang University, University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Ho Chi Minh City National University, Van Hien University, Mien Dong Innovative Technology University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages - Information Technology, Hung Vuong University, Nguyen Tat Thanh University, Thu Dau Mot University, Ho Chi Minh City Open University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education and Lac Hong University.
With fierce competition from the evaluation round, The Finals promises to be an “explosive” battle, where teams will not only showcase their knowledge and understanding of China but also prove their quick thinking and seamless coordination among the members. Especially, the competitions in the Final leg will incorporate many valuable lessons about the Chinese People and Culture, providing dynamic academic experiences for all the contestants.
