UEF and Multimedia Nusantara University (Indonesia) Sign MOU, Expanding Multidisciplinary Collaboration

The representatives of UMN were Dr. Ir. Andrey Andoko, M.Sc - Vice Rector, General and Financial Affairs; Dr. Friska Natalia, S.Kom, M.T - Vice-Rector, Academic.

On behalf of UEF, there were Dr. Do Nguyen Huu Loc - Vice President, Director, UEF International Institute; Dr. Huynh Nhut Nghia - Deputy Dean, Faculty of Business Administration; Dr. Nguyen Hong Nhung - Deputy Director, UEF International Institute and Ms. Huynh Tu Anh - Deputy Dean, Faculty of Marketing.


Dr. Do Huu Nguyen Loc extended his greetings to the partner university and looked forward to strengthening the cooperative partnership.

Before the signing, representatives from both parties, Dr. Do Huu Nguyen Loc and Dr. Friska Natalia, S.Kom, M.T, expressed their hopes for an enduring collaborative relationship as well as the successful implementation of many high-quality programs for both lecturers and students.


Dr. Friska Natalia, S.Kom, M.T demonstrated her desire to have more first-rate programs from the collaboration with UEF.

Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on key areas of cooperation, including scientific research collaboration, faculty member and student exchanges, international articulation programs, visiting professors, AI initiatives, and sustainable development, among others. Additionally, representatives from the Faculty of Business Administration and Marketing discussed further scientific research collaboration, AI-related programs, and the requirements for students to participate in the aforementioned international programs.

 



Representatives from both universities discussed the potential areas of cooperation.

Established in 2005 and ranked as one of the top seven best private universities in Jakarta, UMN offers three academic programs: Management, Communication Science, and Visual Communication Design, all of which meet the international evaluation standards of the ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance (AUN-QA). Notably, the  Faculty of Business from UMN is a member of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD).

It is hoped that through this collaboration, UEF and UMN will jointly execute the implementation of the discussed programs, offering a wide range of high-quality opportunities to students in both academic and research fields.
