UEF was represented by Assoc. During the program, the Chancellor of Troy University emphasized the institution's orientation toward expanding international collaborations. The partner recognized significant potential in Asia in general and Vietnam in particular. In Vietnam, Troy University has established partnerships with institutions in major cities. Having been present in Vietnam since 2002, Troy University currently has about 1,200 students enrolled in its programs, affirming the strong influence and appeal of the institution in the field of international education.

Troy University stands out as one of the few educational institutions worldwide accredited by AACSB, a leading global organization that assesses the quality of business education programs. This accreditation not only affirms the quality of its training programs but also serves as a foundation for Troy and UEF to establish strategic partnerships in the future.
During the discussion, both sides emphasized the importance of collaboration in education across fields such as business, finance, information technology, law, and hospitality. The goal is to meet the demand for high-quality human resources in Vietnam.
In addition, UEF and Troy University are working to develop student exchange programs, expanding international study opportunities to help students enhance their knowledge and skills in a multicultural environment. Students participating in these programs will also have the chance to intern with major global enterprises, allowing them to refine their skills and advance their careers. Notably, to encourage student participation in international programs, both parties discussed providing financial support and the best possible conditions for students.
Addressing current challenges in education, UEF and Troy University expressed a deep understanding of the importance of flexibility and creativity in strategic development. To meet the evolving demands of education and the labor market, universities like Troy are planning to expand their curricula and invest in advanced research centers, preparing a workforce ready for emerging fields with growth potential.
