UEF expands its international research collaboration network

At the invitation of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Research Institute at Shandong University, China, Dr. Ngo Minh Hai, Vice President, delivered a presentation at the Shandong International Cooperation Forum 2024. His presentation focused on transnational education cooperation models in Vietnam and explored opportunities for collaboration in training, research, and investment in the education sector, particularly at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

The 4th Shandong International Cooperation Forum attracted over 150 speakers and experts from multinational corporations across countries such as the United States, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, and Myanmar, under the theme "Peace, Cooperation, and Development in East Asia in the New Context."

The forum, held biennially, garners significant attention from academic professionals, leaders, managers, and policy researchers, aiming to promote sustainable cooperation and development.

Given the current global educational landscape, the forum presents an excellent opportunity to expand collaboration, partnerships, and investment between nations and Vietnam.

On the sidelines of the conference, the UEF delegation discussed potential collaborations in research, education, academic exchange, and practical experience with various international universities and partners participating in the forum.

UEF's participation and presentation at such a large-scale international forum provide a solid foundation for the university to strengthen its connections and move towards strategic partnerships with potential international collaborators. This effort aims to enhance the quality of undergraduate and postgraduate education.
