In the dynamic academic environment at UEF, the Union - Association activities together with Faculty and University level events are beyond practical showcases, they also provide opportunities for comprehensive training and development among UEFers. This factor plays a critical role in nurturing soft skills, extending the network of relationships while promoting student’s responsibility amid the academic community and society.
FEBRUARY 26, the UEF Youth Leaders Training Session 5 themed “Motivational and persuasive skills during student activities” organized by the UEF Department of Student Services received enthusiastic and active participation from numerous UEFers, especially those who play key roles in classes alongside UEF’s Youth Union - Student Associations.
The training session was successfully held with latest goals in Youth Union and Student Associations activities
The program was joined by Mr. Bui Quang Dong - Director of Department of Student Services together with the leaders and UEFers representing the Youth Union and Student’s Association.
Oriented towards creating a courageous team of young, creative and confident young leaders in addition to the activities for the officials of Youth Union and Student’s Association and UEF Leaders in the 2024-2025 academic year are designed into twenty six divided among three groups and two training camps. Here, they are offered an overview of prominent activities and events at the UEF academic life. This valuable information will offer them in-depth understanding of the study environment, encouraging a proactive and positive spirit in participating in UEF’s activities.
For this topic, Dr. Mach Tran Huy - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Human Resources Director of UEF brought valuable insights on the importance of personal and collective motivation in organizing student’s activities. According to him, a strong team not only based on individual competence, but also depends on how members inspire and support each other.
