UEFers are inspired on environmental protection and improve quality of life.

FEBRUARY 28, “Eco”, a trendy adjective, is the sustainable factor whenever we mention environmental problems in the current context. Green environment is the globally oriented goal and requires joined actions from all. Wishing to inspire UEFers about environment protection, the UEF Spanish and Latin American Institute organized the workshop of “Together create an eco environment”.

The workshop is accompanied by Greentech Green Environment Joint Stock Company with its representatives: Mrs. Tran Ngoc Van - General Director, Mr. Le Van Hieu - Deputy General Director, Mr. Le Hoang Vinh Phuc - Deputy General Director of Market Development. On behalf of the Spanish and Latin American Institute was Mr. Nguyen Quoc Viet - Director.

The scene of modernization has somehow caused air pollution in recent years, affecting health,psychology, and quality of life. Business representatives at the workshop provided numbers and the ait affection source. Specifically in Ho Chi Minh city, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City said that transportation is the largest source, makes up of 50% of emissions.

With the goal of reducing vehicle emissions and protecting the environment, Greentech has introduced fuel-saving and emission-reducing devices distributed by the company to students. Accessing environmentally friendly products is also one of the ways to help young people become aware of and change their behavior towards environmental protection.

Students take interest and make various questions related to the environment

Many questions about business issues and the application of technology to protect the environment were posed by students to the enterprises, and the process of answering these questions helped them acquire valuable practical knowledge. Through the program, the young generation at UEF is also inspired to join hands in protecting the green environment, improving quality of life, and promoting sustainable development.
