DECEMBER 19, with creative ideas, the fair became a showcase where UEFers are able to enhance their marketing skills through a variety of products, from healthy food and drinks to aesthetic handicrafts. Each stall embodied its own story that reflects the student’s constant creativity. After three days of festivity, the fair officially came to and end.
The highlight of “Lanh 3” lies not only in the diversity of products but also its high applicability. UEFers learned to create products that met the market needs, exposed themselves to analyzing customer’s behavior in order to promote an effective marketing strategy. This method helps UEFers reaffirm their professional knowledge while at the same time, develop critical mindset, flexibility in problem solving and effective teamwork. All of these are critical factors of a working environment in the context of global assimilation.
During the three days of the fair, UEFers were constantly innovating and creating. Aside from the exclusive products, the exquisite decorations and creative promoting strategies are what makes the stalls attractive. Students were especially able to exchange and communicate with the “customers” for better understanding of their tastes and needs. This opportunity provided UEFers a comprehensive experience from production, promotion to sales, helping them become familiar with practical business processes while still studying.

The event provided UEFers a space for bonding with their friends, relaxing and finding their life balance. The working hours during the fair further connect the students, together sharing their joy and hardships while fueling up solidarity and collective responsibility.
The success of “Lanh 3” once again affirms the practical educational philosophy of UEF in general and the Faculty of Marketing in particular. The valuable experiences the fair provided will surely become strong equipment, giving UEFers more confidence on their future path of achieving their career. UEF believes events such as “Lanh 3”will surely pave the way for the student’s potential and discover further opportunities for comprehensive development.
