With a consistent goal, UEF aims to provide intensive training in economics, finance, and many other fields to meet society's increasing demand for quality human resources with 35 training disciplines and especially the bilingual training program and parallel degree. The COVID-19 pandemic has not hindered the development of UEF. On the contrary, although UEF is a young university, it still increasingly asserts its ability to integrate and adapt to the changes of the world, contributing to enhancing its reputation not only in the country but also bringing the name of UEF beyond the region.
Continuing, the Indian representative affirmed the strong relationship and linkage between Vietnam and India in enhancing educational exchange opportunities between the two countries through the VEnable Management Enterprise. Therefore, to meet the above value in the Vietnamese market, VEnable India wishes to promote communication and marketing for the office in Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh.
Next, Dr. Tran Thanh Huyen shared her experience of studying in India. Ms. Huyen emphasized that connection is very important in the learning process, so besides students finding opportunities on their own, the introduction of and creating exchange opportunities for students to approach is one of the key factors in the training process, ensuring the internationality and integration of UEF in general and the Faculty of International Relations in particular. Therefore, when students participate in exchange programs, they need to learn and grasp the cultural characteristics of the country they are in to have flexible communication. After the program, you should stay connected with professors and students of your school, where you study to serve your future jobs. On the other hand, Dr. Tran Thanh Huyen mentioned short courses focusing on understanding culture, training leadership skills, and building student assessment standards based on soft skills.
The cooperation process between Vietnamese universities and VEnable India will be conducted in the following steps:
-Capturing the needs of Vietnamese universities in the following fields: student exchange programs, lecturer exchange programs, internship programs, knowledge transfer between IT, medicine, and management fields.
-Signing Letter of Intent (LOI) between Vietnamese universities and VEnable.
-VEnable conducted discussions with experts in India and completed the proposal with an estimate of the cost of the partnership.
