The 2nd International Conference on Economics and Business in the Digital Era (iCEBD 2025) will be held to foster collaboration between scientists, professionals, managers, and policymakers from both local and international communities. Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance, in partnership with the Southern Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, and Asia University, has launched iCEBD 2025, with theme:

PUBLICATION
PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES
The conference is seeking submissions related to the mentioned conference topics. Other related topics will also be considered. Submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Board. If abstract is accepted, author agrees to send full text paper, including results, tables, figures and references. All submissions should report original and previously unpublished research results no matter the type of research paper you are presenting.

Manuscripts should meet the format set by the Conference committee and are subject to review. Selected conference papers will be published in a special volume by the International Publisher or Journal of Development and Integration (JDI, State Council for Professorship). The final decision will be announced after negotiation completed.

Plagiarism and Cancellation Policy:

Plagiarism discovered in the camera-ready paper submitted by authors is solely their responsibility. Papers or publications that exceed accepted limitations will not be considered for publication, and the conference will not make alternate publication arrangements in such situations. In addition, Additionally, refunds will not be issued if a paper is rejected by the publisher due to similarity/plagiarism scores, or if participation is canceled. We value your understanding and adherence to these principles.

Details of the registration and publication fees

  1. Publication fees cover conference proceedings or publication in a special issue of JDI (including one JDI printed copy).
  2. Registration fees include teabreak, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions. The registration fee does not include:
  •     + Accommodation
  •     + Visa application fee
  •     + Transportation fare
  • * At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register registration fees.
  • * Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

Refunds Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 60% of payment refund

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 40% of payment refund

* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund

* After conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.

The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
