CFAC 2021 national scientific conference successfully closed with 2 sessions on Finance and Tourism

After 2 discussion sessions on Accounting and Commercial Business on 01/07/2021, the remaining 2 sessions of the national scientific conference on Finance, Accounting and Commercial Business (CFAC 2021) themed "Innovation, Technology, Market and Policy” which are Finance and Tourism have also taken place successfully on 02/07/2021. In the morning of the same day, there was also a closing session, officially closing the seminar program.

In the seminar on Finance, 3 topics were presented, including: (1) Supervision and prevention of stock market manipulation in the digital economy; (2) Legalization of banking lending: An inevitable step in Vietnam; (3) Impact of digital transformation on the insurance market.
Presentation 1 done by Dr. Nguyen Thanh Huyen from the State Securities Commission have analyzed in detail the issue of stock market manipulation, covering the following contents: Overview of stock market manipulation, stock market manipulation process, effects of stock market manipulation, methods and sanctions.

Accordingly, the methods developed by Dr. Nguyen Thanh Huyen include: Methods of tracking securities transactions (monitoring and analyzing activities related to transactions and income, verifying information from the public) and methods of checking for compliance, inspecting (used mainly when certain problems occur).
In paper 2, MA. Tang My Sang has specifically shared and brought in many perspectives on the form of P2P lending (P2P is a model of direct connection between people having cash and those who need to borrow cash through an online application on mobile phones or computers).

The contents presented by MA. Tang My Sang include: Overview of P2P lending, advantages and disadvantages of P2P lending, the situation of P2P lending in the world, P2P lending activities in Vietnam, suggestions for setting up P2P lending market in Vietnam.
MA. Nguyen Tien Hung is the reporter for the discussion 3. With the impact of digital transformation on the insurance market, MA. Nguyen Tien Hung has clarified the concept of Fintech and Insurtech and such issues as: Identification of insurtech and insurance application; Transforming insurance distribution channels; Insurance distribution channel fragmentation; Recommendations for Vietnam's insurance market; Recommendations for government management.

Practical issues in Tourism were discussed
In the seminar on Tourism, there were 4 presentations, including: (1) Continuing to focus more on developing domestic tourism; (2) To develop Tay Ninh's tourism industry in the direction of building a tourism industry cluster by 2025; (3) Factors affecting human resource development in 4-star hotels in HCMC; (4) Factors affecting knowledge transfer cooperation in the period of Covid-19 researched at HCMC University of Technology (HUTECH).
Paper 1 presented by MA. Le Thi Giang representing the team including: Dr. Nguyen Van Luu and MA. Le Thi Giang. Regarding domestic tourism, the contents include: the concept and role of domestic tourism, the current situation of domestic tourism in Vietnam before and during the Covid-19 epidemic period, proposing solutions to keep developing domestic tourism.
In Paper 2, Dr. Vu Truc Phuc - Hong Bang International University has shared about the problems of tourism in Tay Ninh. Accordingly, he introduced Tay Ninh specialties and landscapes, and tourism resources in Tay Ninh. At the same time, Dr. Vu Truc Phuc has presented groups of conditions of Tay Ninh tourism cluster, including: Group of input factors; Group of conditions on demand: domestic visitors come for beliefs, festivals, international visitors are the opposite; and Group of supportive and related industries.
Mr. Bui Trong Tien Bao and MA. Do Thi Ninh is the group that conducts Paper 3 with the presentation of MA. Do Thi Ninh. At the beginning of the presentation, she has analyzed the analytical charts of the tourism market in Ho Chi Minh City, thereby giving her forecast for the human resources of Ho Chi Minh City and proposing appropriate solutions.

At the Tourism session, many urgent tourism issues were discussed
In the Paper 4, the implementation team includes: Nguyen Quyet Thang, Pham Thanh Tuan, Le Van Hoai, Phan Minh Tan. The content of the presentation shows the following parts: Giving diagrams, analyzing problems; Factors affecting the transfer process during the pandemic period; Provide a research model.
At the end of the 4 presentations, the council has also conducted scientific arguments, comments and suggestions to make the topics more complete.
At the master session of the workshop, the representatives of the parties have shared about the content and value that the CFAC 2021 national scientific conference brings. At the same time, chairman the discussion sessions have reported on the workshop results.
After 2 days of taking place, the national scientific conference on Finance, Accounting and Commercial Business (CFAC 2021) themed "Technology Innovation, Market and Policy" has ended successfully. With meaningful and practical topics, the seminar has brought new perspectives in the fields of finance, accounting, business, commerce and tourism. Thereby proposing appropriate solutions for the problems to be solved and improved in the current context.
