Regarding the Closing ceremony and graduation qualification award 2020
The HCMC University of Economics and Finance announces the plan for the Closing ceremony and graduation qualification award for Master degree 2020. Details are as below:
1. Time - Location (estimated):
- Time: 7h00, September 27th 2020 (Sunday).
Students should arrive on time to rehearse the ceremony.
- Location: Hoa Binh opera house hall, No.240, 3/2 Street, Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Subject: Students who are eligible for graduation.
2. Graduation fee:
- Students pay graduation fee of 1.500.000 VND/person on 17/9/2020 at the Finance department of UEF.
3. Note:
- Students receive the customs: 18h00 on 25/9/2020 at UEF.
- UEF will give invitation letters for their families to attend the graduation ceremony, students register and pick up the invitation letters at the Department for Postgraduate from 25/9/2020.
- Students who have returned the customs after the ceremony can contact the Department for Postgraduate Education to receive the graduation qualifications. The time for returning the customs is from 27/9/2020 to 29/9/2020 at the Center for asset management. After that time period, students will have to pay the late fees of 300,000 VND/custom set. Fee for those who lose the customs is 1,500,000 VND/set, fee for losing the hat is 300,000 VND/piece, fee for losing the shirt is 500,000 VND/piece
