Based on the Decree No. 08/2017/TT-BGDĐT dated April 4th 2017 issued by the Minister of the Ministry of Education and Training on the issuance of PhD Admission and Education Procedures;
Based on the Decision No. 389/QĐ-UEF dated December 20th 2019 issued by the Principal of the HCMC University of Economics and Finance on the assignment of the PhD thesis topic to Postgraduate Tang My Sang;
Regarding the Request form for PhD thesis overview defense of Postgraduate Tang My Sang and the instructors.
The HCMC University of Economics and Finance will organize the Assessment board for the PhD thesis overview – Topic 1, details are as follows:

- Postgraduate ID number: 19701005 Class: 192DBA11
- Major: Business Administration
- Topic: Credit risk management of the Vietnamese commercial bank system.
- Instructor: Prof. Dr. Hoang Thi Chinh, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Anh
