6 more scientific research topics done by lecturers get approved in the academic year 2020 -2021

On the 23/12/2020 morning, the HCMC University of Economics and Finance (UEF) has established the Scientific councils to approve 6 university-level scientific research projects done by lecturers from International Relations faculty, Economics faculty, and Finance – Trade faculty.
UEF approves lecturers’ scientific research topics
6 topics for review include:
- “Chracteristics of international relations in the ancient West (from the 8th century BC to 476 AD) by Dr. Tran Thi Thanh Huyen –International Relations faculty.
- “Water diplomacy and political relations between China and countries in the Mekong sub-region in the 21st century” by MA. Le Phuong Cat Nhi – International Relations faculty.
- “History of the development of European maritime powers from the 15th to the 18th century” by Dr. Dao Minh Hong and MA. Nguyen The Phuong - International Relations faculty.
- “Evaluation of the component costs through the Logistics value chain in Vietnam” by Dr. Pham Van Kien, MA. Tang My Ha, MA. Do Thi Thu Ha – Economics faculty.
- “Challenges and solutions for accounting training in the IFRS era” by MA. Ha Thi Thuy – Finance – Trade faculty
- “FDI, credit risk and profitability of the Vietnam commercial bank system” by MA. Tang My Sang – Finance – Trade faculty.
The project leads present the research content to the Council
At the approval session, the project leads of the research topics have made a brief report on the research content and received feedbacks and evaluation of the Council’s members.
Each topic is associated with the teaching expertise of the lecturers, thereby contributing to the teaching activities in the UEF. With comments and suggestions from the Council’s members, the project leads will adjust and improve their research content.
The approval session of scientific research topics has ended successfully, all topics have been approved. This is a useful scientific activity, an opportunity for lecturers to constantly improve their professional knowledge, thereby producing future generations of students with solid knowledge and good skills.
