UEF organized the approval session of science and technology outlines in 2020

In the morning of 5/3/2020, The HCMC University of Economics and Finance (UEF) has held a meeting to review the outlines of 9 university-level science and technology topics - trench 2 - 2020.
The Chairman of the Review board includes National Teach.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Thanh Tuyen – Chairman of the Science and Training Council, Editor-In-Chief of the Development and Integration Journal, Assoc.Prof. Dr. Ngo Cao Cuong – Vice President, Head of Science and Technology Department.
The participants include: Center for Enterprise Cooperation: 1 topic, IT Faculty: 2 topics, Tourism and Hospitality management Faculty: 5 topics.

At the meeting, the Heads of research groups have presented the detailed outlines to the Council and listened to the comments and suggestions of the scientific council. In general, the topics are highly feasible and very practical to the management and teaching activities at UEF. Some topics can be mentioned such as: “Factors influencing the decision of recruiting students after the internships at enterprises in HCMC”, “Building a simulated e-commerce trading platform for the students of the HCMC University of Economics and Finance (UEF)”, “Human resource development – a practical perspective from the recruitment work”…

The project leads reported the detailed outlines to the Council
However, the Council have also asked the chairperson to supplement and clarify some research contents and propose solutions to expand or contract the research direction to make it match better with the actual situation of the university in the current period.

The Council’s members discussed and suggested for the research topics
Through the report of the project leaders and the Council’s evaluations and discussions, the Council unanimously approved 9 scientific research proposals. The Project leaders can proceed with their research work after adjusting some points according to the comments of each Council.
