The representatives of the university and the faculty of Finance and Accounting presented a bouquet as a token of appreciation to appreciate the reporters.

Mr. Ngo Minh Hai gave the introductory remarks for the seminar, stating, “Scientific research requires sharing, arguments, and regular updates to ensure novelty and relevance to current social needs. Highly professional events like today's seminar should be held periodically in order to assist lecturers in gaining more experience. These meetings not only serve as an important means to connect individuals who share a passion for research but also provide a memorable occasion to revisit their brainchildren and receive feedback from others. This is a good start for every researcher to produce various excellent research projects, significantly contributing to enhancing the status of UEF.”

Mr. Ngo Minh Hai stated the importance of the seminar.

Dr. Ha Thi Thuy oriented the planned activities in the event.

On the theme of “Global Training Evolution: Embracing Digital Transformation and Practical Innovation,” Dr. Azizah Saban initially shared insights about international educational activities in Malaysia with UEF lecturers through the use of the SETARA Rating System. This rating system employs a rigorous assessment methodology to evaluate an educational institution’s three core functions: teaching, research, and service. The speaker delved deeply into specific assessment criteria for each topic, providing a foundation for UEF to discover references and design a plan that aligns with the university's growth direction, weaknesses, and strengths.

The lecturers from the faculty listened to the criteria for the internationalization of education in Malaysia.

On the topic of "Internationalization of University Education," Mr. Bui Thanh Long provided a global perspective on higher education based on his experiences studying, working, and conducting research at several international institutions. He conducted a thorough examination of the curriculum, methods of instruction, assessment and numerous extracurricular activities at two esteemed colleges, including Concordia and Arkansas.

It is well recognized that these universities offer their students the best possible conditions for enhancing their knowledge, cognitive training, and practical skills through the integration of theory and practice in active learning techniques. With a focus on assessing students' abilities throughout the entire learning process rather than just a single exam, assignments often involve group projects and real-world role-playing scenarios related to their fields of study. By continuously adopting, refining, and upholding suitable programs, UEF can continue to enhance the quality of education and provide students with the best possible learning experiences.

Mr. Bui Thanh Long showcased learning models applied at prestigious universities around the world.

Wrapping up the seminar on "Artificial Intelligence Digital Transformation Education," Ms. Duong Thi Vien An presented various valuable tips that allowed UEF lecturers to quickly access digitalization in university education and successfully adapt to it. According to her, making good use of technology in education in the digital age offers considerable benefits such as personalized learning, intelligent content generation, data visualization, and detecting learning deficiencies, etc. Thus, faculty members should continuously update and reinvent themselves, leveraging technology to enhance student engagement and deliver high-quality learning experiences. Additionally, Ms. Duong Thi Vien An introduced some user-friendly applications commonly employed in education, including Notion, Gamma, and Gradescope, etc.

Ms. Duong Thi Vien An introduced tips to effectively apply artificial intelligence to teaching.

During the seminar, the lecturers cordially engaged in scholarly exchanges to share pedagogical and research experiences. It was believed that the knowledge gained through the seminar would serve as an important foundation for lecturers in the Faculty of Finance and Accounting to enhance their teaching skills and deliver more inspiring and effective lessons to UEFers.
