Intern, Collection

The Intern is responsible for managing delinquent customer accounts and accurate record maintenance for all customer contacts by applying the appropriate collections processes and strategies. This role provides service to all customer types by ensuring all necessary actions are conducted in a friendly and timely manner within agreed response times.
Job Description:

• Managing and administrating delinquent customer accounts.
• Maintaining accurate record for all customer contacts.
• Identify and refer accounts that present non-standard, unacceptable or higher risk circumstances
• Record collection activity and customer interactions on internal systems with appropriate diary follow up.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders

Job Requirement:

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Open & honest attitude aligned to the ANZ Values
• Sound clerical and numerical skills
• Good keyboard & PC skills, especially Excel
• Strong negotiation
• Critical and numerical skill
