Position title 1: 
E-commerce Specialist   
No. of positions:  3
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and visibility on Amazon, or other platforms in the United States.
2. Manage product listings and optimize them for search engines on these platforms.
3. Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing and sales strategies.
4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product teams, to drive e-commerce growth.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments to continuously improve our online presence.
7. Understand and manage the inventory management and control of e-commerce channels.
8. Other tasks as assigned by team leaders.
Required skills/ Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Design (Digital Media & Design Studies), or a related field.
2. Strong data or logic analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong project management and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Thrives in a fast-paced environment that is both high-growth and start-up in nature.
7. Self-starter, curious, and motivated.
Monthly Allowance:  6,000,000 VND
Work mode:  Onsite
Working time/ days: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with 2 Saturdays scheduled per month on alternating weeks.


Position title 2:
Customer Service Specialist     
No. of positions:  3
Responsibilities:
1. Manage large amounts of incoming messages.
2. Follow up with clients or customers to check that they're still satisfied with any purchases.
3. Letting customers know about additional products or services.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
5. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
6. Know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
7. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution.
8. Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, complaints, and file documents.
9. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
10. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
11. Prefer to work 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. or 6 a.m to 2 p.m (due to the need to work with clients in the U.S)
Required skills/ Qualifications:

Working time/ days: Nightshift: 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. or 6 a.m to 2 p.m, Monday to Friday, with 2 Saturdays scheduled per month on alternating weeks.
