- Yêu cầu:

• Stay abreast of market movements and keep clients updated with market information.

• Maintain close contact with the clients via chat, phone call, email on a daily basis.

• Work with IT, operation team and custodian banks to ensure the admin activities under trading process is smooth.

• Collaborate closely with the sales and research team to obtain information regarding clients and market.

• Keep contact with clients and update the market on a daily basis.

• Write morning market recap.

• Liaise with research dept. to deliver in-depth analysis of market and corp.info.

• Collaboration with research to give recommendations and answer clients questions in a timely manner.

• Work with other teams in Vietnam and other countries.

• Assist clients in account opening and trading/investing process on Vietnam market.

• Collect information and data and conduct reports upon request.

• Well understanding the account opening process for foreign institutions to invest in Vietnam.

• Work with Compliance on internal procedure.
