  • We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst Intern to assist in generating insights on key business metrics, with a focus on customer behavior and sales performance. 

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis principles and a keen interest in extracting actionable insights to support decision-making. 

  • Key Responsibilities: Customer Analysis: Track and report on returning customers, customer retention rate, customer acquisition rate, and customer lifetime value. 

  • Develop a deeper understanding of customer segments and behaviors through data-driven analysis. 

  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 

  • Contribute to sales forecasting and reporting efforts. Financial Metrics: Track and analyze burn rate and growth rate, providing regular updates to the team. 

  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Assist with various data analysis projects as needed, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making across the organization. 

  • Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. 

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or R/Python. 

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets. 

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.

  • Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online platforms. 

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with Emer’s brand voice and values. 

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. 

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on creative projects, including visual content, videos, and graphics. 

  • Support the management of social media accounts, including community engagement and responding to inquiries. 

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth. Assist in the preparation of marketing reports and presentations. 

  • Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong interest in digital marketing and social media. 

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital analytics. 

  • Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese. 

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  •  Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus. 

  • Passion for women’s health and sustainability is highly desirable.
