In the last week of semester 1B (January 14), UEF students participating in the course Social Networks - Interactive Media completed community service learning (CEL) activities with many positive results. 42 students divided into 6 groups taught by MSc. Pham Thai Hien - Head of Communication Technology - Faculty of Public Relations and Communications has implemented many creative communication products that contribute to promoting interaction on the Facebook fanpage channel of community organizations.

 At the evaluation of the cooperation process in the CEL subject, the UEF Community Connection Center worked with representatives of partners including: Mr. Pham Truong Son - Director of Tinh Than Foundation, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Giang - Deputy Director Soc Trang Social Science Service Connection Center (SCSE), Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Dung - Manager of Belief organization, Ms. To Bich Phuong - Deputy Director of Center for Research on Education of the Deaf (CED) and Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc - CED expert.

For the CED organization, through many collaborations with UEF students, the image of dynamic and professional young people has become a mark. Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc said: "She was surprised by the professional capacity of the students because even though they did not have much experience in social activities, they worked very hard to learn and understand the technical terms. used in articles are explained appropriately and easily understood. With advice and suggestions from experts, the students were able to create thoughtful and unique products, contributing to spreading meaningful activities of the organization.

Some outstanding results of UEF students after more than 1 month of working with community partners: more than 46 articles were created (29 were selected to post), 89 designed images, 2 videos clip is staged. From here, the social networking sites of our partners all saw significant growth (all organizations increased by more than 300%).

The course ended with many positive results and received acclaim from community organizations. All of the students and organization representatives hope to be able to cooperate more with UEF so that students' products become more useful and closer to real life.
