The course "Social Responsibility and Innovation in 2023" (Social Responsibility and Innovation - SRI 2023) is the first course organized by the Center for Community Connection - Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance and organized by the University of Economics and Finance. Enda Vietnam is launched and organized to encourage and develop creative thinking, develop a group of transformational skills, social entrepreneurship, and civic responsibility for students, thereby contributing to the realization of the goal. sustainable development goals.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Open and receive applications: From April 5 to the end of April 26
Introduction of the Course at UEF: April 11 from 09:00 - 11:30 (will be announced soon)
Preliminary and Interview: From 4/5 to 10/5/2023
Announcement of the results of list announcement: May 11 (expected)
Course opening: May 13, 2023
Participating in training and developing ideas: from May 13 to May 27: (Training on May 13, May 20, May 27)
Presentation of ideas: June 3, 2023
* The organization committee selects up to 03 most feasible ideas to award a scholarship of VND 5,000,000 to implement the idea in practice.
Mentorship, Finalize the plan: from 4/6 to 10/6/2023
Project implementation: from 11/6 to 31/7/2023
Report after 8 weeks of project implementation: August 3, 2023

FORM: All students focus on studying and living together for 3.5 consecutive Saturdays.
AUDIENCE: UEF students are interested in self-development through the ideation and implementation of sustainable development projects.
Individuals interested in and wishing to contribute to sustainable development goals, especially goals 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, have creativity, desire to make a social impact, and commit to and committed to the end to achieve the goal.
Individuals with experience in organizing and implementing community projects are an advantage.
The individual has the ability to self-study, good teamwork skills, a spirit of cooperation and is not afraid of pressure.
Individuals commit to comply with regulations and fully participate in the course.
EXPENSE:
The course is sponsored by ENDA Vietnam and the University of Economics and Finance in Ho Chi Minh City. HCM. Successful candidates will be covered 100% of the cost of study, meals and materials. The tuition fee of the course is: 2,000,000 VND/student.
Those selected to participate need to pay a commitment fee of 200,000 VND/person. This fee will be 100% refunded to you after completing the course. If you miss more than 01 session/course and do not complete the course output, the cost will not be refunded, instead this cost will be put into SRI Grant - Fund to support former initiatives SRI practitioners to implement initiatives to promote sustainable development.
