[TALKSHOW] “VIETNAM'S TRANSITION TO A MARKET ECONOMY FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF UNITED STATES AND INTERNATIONAL REGULATIONS”

The bilateral partnership between Vietnam and the United States continues to deepen and prove effective and robust across all sectors. Building on a common understanding and direction in this relationship, marked by the emergence of a comprehensive strategic partnership, the two countries have achieved numerous milestones and present opportunities to expand cooperation in areas such as the digital economy, the green transformation and innovation. However, for Vietnam to continue to develop and actively participate in the global economy, further refinement of market economy regulations, particularly in line with those of the United States and the international community, is essential. With the aim of creating an environment for learning and absorbing new knowledge, the US Law Center (USLC), in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance and the university's ILC Law Club, organizes a talk show this topic.
