This Talkshow is organized by the US Law Center and the faculty of law. It aims to provide UEF law students with the opportunity to learn about the appointment process of US federal judges from a Vietnamese-American expert in the field of law. What’s more, the topic aims to contribute to creating opportunities for UEF Law students to approach and listen to the sharing of speakers who are Vietnamese Americans - highly specialized in the Law industry, thereby learning professional knowledge and research to practice. Helps students better understand the way and process of appointing judges of the United States Court, thereby helping them have a more general view of Judges in the United States, to compare and learn about the judiciary. of developed countries in the legal profession.
