International undergraduate program: Scholarship policy for applicants

This year, UEF continues offering valuable scholarships for students admitted to on-site study-abroad international undergraduate programs, motivating them to study and set their sights on achieving an international degree without going abroad.

Let’s learn about the scholarship policy for applicants applying for international undergraduate programs at UEF and how to apply.

Scholarship policy
In 2022, students applying for the international study programs will be considered for a 25% or 50% entrance scholarship when meeting the following criteria:



25% scholarship: applied to candidates satisfying the following requirements:

• Grade 12 transcripts (3 subjects combination): 22 to under 26.5
• 3 semesters transcripts (total marks of 3 semesters): 22 to under 26.5
• High school exam scores (total marks of 3 subjects): 22 to under 25
• Competency test scores (point scale of 1200): 840 to under 960

The scholarship will be applied to freshmen. In the following years, the cumulative GPA per year must be at least 3.0 out of 4 point scale, and the skills point must be 65 or above to maintain the scholarship.

50% scholarship: applied to candidates satisfying the following requirements

• Grade 12 transcripts (3 subjects combination): 26.5 to under 30
• 3 semesters transcripts (total marks of 3 semesters): 26.5 to 30
• High school exam scores (total marks of 3 subjects): 25 to 30
• Competency test scores (point scale of 1200): 960 to 1200​

The scholarship will be applied to freshmen. In the following years, the cumulative GPA per year must be at least 3.5 out of 4 point scale, and the skills point must be 65 or above to maintain the scholarship.  If the GPA is from 3.3 to under 3.5, the students will get a 25% scholarship.


International undergraduate program majors
UEF is currently collaborating with the following prestigious universities in the US & the UK to provide Vietnamese students with a renowned on-site studying abroad:

• The University of Gloucestershire in 3 majors: English Language & Linguistics; Business & Marketing Management; International Hospitality & Tourism Management; and Leeds Trinity University in the major of International Business.​​

• Keuka College in the major of Business Administration​

Application documents for the international undergraduate programs
Admission conditions:

• High school graduation or equivalent degrees
• English level equivalent to at least IELTS 6.0 before joining semester 5 in the main course program.
• Before officially studying, students will receive free English review lessons in line with the study program.

Application for admission includes:

• Application for admission (based on UEF's form): Gloucestershire University; Leeds Trinity University
• 02 notarized copies of high school graduation diploma or temporary certificate of high school graduation;
• 02 notarized copies of high school transcripts
• 02 notarized copies of ID card/Passport;
• 01 local certified CV;
• 01 copy of Birth certificate;
• 01 Health certificate;
• 04 international standard 5x5 white background photos

Eligibility for applying the US undergraduate program - Keuka college:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• English level equivalent to at least IELTS 6.0 before graduation.

Students who don’t have the IELTS 6.0 certificate can submit the equivalent certificate or pass the competent test organized by Keuka Program Management Board in Vietnam.

Application documents include:

• Application form;
• 01 notarized copy of high school graduation diploma  or temporary certificate of high school graduation;
• 01 notarized copy of high school transcripts,
• Application fee: 2,000,000 VND.​
