Leeds Trinity University students explore the global corporate environment at Kimberly-Clark

JANUARY 7, under the guidance of Ms. Truong Phan Hoang Anh, lecturer at UEF International Institute, students from the International Bachelor’s Program of Leeds Trinity University had the opportunity to visit and learn directly from Kimberly Clark Corporation, one of the leading multinational corporations in the consumer goods industry.

During the visit, Mr. Huynh Huy Hieu  – Talent Acquisition Lead of EM Vietnam provided an engaging overview of Kimberly Clark’s development history, market dominance, and flagship products. He also shared insights into the company’s corporate culture, talent acquisition strategies, and employee development programs. This information not only offered students the operation of multinational corporations but also inspired their aspirations for international career growth.

Following this, Mr. Nguyen Viet Hai - Process Engineer at Kimberly Clark, provided a professional perspective on the company’s advanced production technologies, stringent quality control processes, and constant innovation that enabled the corporation to maintain its leading position in the market.

Additionally, students were given the opportunity to tour the most modern production facilities. This is an opportunity for students to have a clear understanding about their majors and be able to expose themselves to global manufacturing standards.

These opportunities foster global competence, enabling students to confidently navigate the complexities of the international job market.
