UEFers Continue to Welcome and Cultural Exchange with Singaporean Students

DECEMBER 19, the UEF International Institute in collaboration with the International Exchange Friends (IEF) Club, welcomed a group of students from the National University of Singapore and other institutions from the Lion City. During the event, participants had the opportunity to explore and engage in a variety of exciting cultural activities from both countries.

Present were Dr. Do Huu Nguyen Loc - Vice President of UEF and Prof.Dr. Eric Jose Olmedo Panal - Director of the UEF International Institute, extended their gratitude to Skilio for connecting Singaporean students with UEFers. They expressed hope that the students would explore numerous fascinating aspects of UEF’s culture in particular and Vietnam’s culture in general as well.

Under the guidance of the IEF Club members, the event came to life with engaging sharing activities and interactive games. Singaporean students had the opportunity to explore Vietnam's traditional costumes, cuisine, festivals, and famous landmarks.

The international students shared notable information about Singapore, providing UEFers a broader global perspective. Additionally, participants had the chance to enjoy traditional Vietnamese folk games like banh dua (bamboo jacks).

Engaging with international students offered UEFers the opportunity to showcase their dynamic, confident image while developing their essential skills, particularly in foreign languages. The exchange of knowledge also expanded their global perspective and knowledge, playing a crucial role in their journey toward international integration.
