APRIL 1 - UEF Center of Corporate Partnerships provided opportunities for 4 Indonesian students to have an internship at Vietnamese enterprises. This is the following step in the international study and internship program for Perbanas Institute (Indonesia) students at UEF, providing opportunities to apply their professional knowledge into practice and cultivate career skills.
Along with students in this journey were Ms. Nguyen Thai Ha and Mr. Tran Thanh Huy, Deputy Director of UEF Center of Corporate Partnerships. On behalf of enterprises, representatives to welcome and share for internship students included Mr. Tran Kim Chung, Chairman of C.T Group; Mrs. Ho Thi Trang, Director of Information Technology Department of C.T Group; and Ms. Trinh Le, Talent Acquisition and Management Manager, Innovature Consulting Company Limited.

Indonesian students had a meeting with enterprises’ leadeships to discuss the upcoming career orientation
Before entering into their internships, Indonesian students had 5 weeks to study at UEF in the 2A semester. During this semester, they were able to expose themselves to international standard programs, participate in the professional courses with UEF’s faculty members, and experience Mock - Interview program to cultivate interview skills, preparing equipment for internship journeys.
By starting from April to June, Indonesian students will have an internship at a Vietnamese enterprise connected by UEF. This process facilitates students to work in a professional environment, participates in practical projects, and gains guidance from industry practitioners.
In particular, Annisa Wibianti and Muhammad Dzikri Ramadhan will be in charge of Human Resources in Innovature Consulting Company Limited. At this position, they will have the opportunity to enter into recruitment activities and apply personnel management knowledge into practices as well as cultivate communication skills, time management, and teamwork skills.
Additionally, Muhammad Dery Dendrawan and Fradipta Anggraini will have an internship in C.T group, respectively Data Analyst and Accountant. By participating in internships, this help students apply their acquired knowledge to real-world work, enhance their professional skills, familiarize themselves with a professional working environment, and gain valuable experience, laying a solid foundation for their future careers.

In addition to their studies and internships, Indonesian students also have the opportunity to participate in cultural exchange events and specialized seminars with Vietnamese students. The expansion of educational cooperation and student exchange programs between UEF and international partners not only helps students develop professional skills but also enhances their understanding, integration, and adaptability in a multicultural environment.
Beyond sending students abroad, UEF is also an ideal destination for international students on their journey of learning and experiencing life in Vietnam.
