DECEMBER 24 - The Japanese Language, the Faculty of Languages and International Cultures successfully organized the program "Meeting and Cultural Exchange with Students from Aichi Nakamura School - Japan." The event provided opportunities for students from Vietnam - Japan to engage in meaningful exchanges, fostering mutual understanding and enhancing the collaborative relationship between the two universities.

Representing UEF were Dr. Nhan Cam Tri - Vice President; Mr. Vo Van Thanh Than - Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Languages and International Cultures, Director of the Center of Vietnam - Japan Human Resources Development; Mr. Cao Do Quyen - Program Assistant of the Japanese Language, along with other lecturers. The Aichi Nakamura School delegation included teachers Mr. Kono Kenji, Ms. Hashimoto Torahiko, and Ms. Ueno Kaori.

UEFers shared presentations on Vietnam’s cultural landmarks, such as the Independence Palace, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and Ben Thanh Market, as well as signature Vietnamese dishes. They also highlighted the dynamic learning environment at UEF. This information intrigued Japanese students immensely.
The Japanese students responded with engaging introductions to Nagoya City, Aichi Nakamura High School, and key attractions like the Nagoya City Science Museum and the Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology, along with a taste of Japan’s culinary delights.
