Aiming to become a university that continuously innovates and strengthens its position in a globally integrated landscape, UEF actively seeks and establishes high-quality partnerships with esteemed national and international organizations to provide students with the best learning experiences.
In this spirit, on the afternoon of October 8, UEF representatives visited and held a working session with Esuhai Group. This meeting was not only an opportunity for both sides to exchange ideas and visions but also a significant step forward in building training and internship programs that enable students to develop comprehensively, both in knowledge and practical skills. Through these efforts, UEF students can gain early exposure to the demands of the evolving job market.

The UEF representatives also outlined the university’s future direction and expressed a desire to collaborate with Esuhai to develop new training programs and expand opportunities for students, particularly in study and work experiences in Japan. This partnership aims to not only broaden students' knowledge and skills but also foster long-term collaborative development between the two organizations.
Additionally, the UEF team highlighted the success of sending students to intern in Japan over the past two years, introduced specialized training programs for Japanese Language students, and described regular exchange activities with Japanese students held annually. These efforts have helped Japanese Language students become more resilient and confident.
Throughout the discussions, both parties explored and proposed various high-quality collaboration options aimed at diversifying fields of study and generating mutual benefits. These ideas are designed not only to strengthen ties between academia and industry but also to develop flexible training programs that align with the real demands of the labor market.
While UEF focuses on building a solid foundation of knowledge and skills for students, the enterprise provides opportunities for practical application and hands-on experience. This collaborative, mutually supportive relationship enables both sides to achieve shared goals—prioritizing human development and creating a high-quality workforce to meet industry needs.
The meeting between UEF and Esuhai Group has opened up numerous high-quality collaboration opportunities, ensuring mutual benefits while providing significant value for UEF students.
