The Hotel School (THS) was established in 1989 through a collaboration between Southern Cross University and Mulpha, one of Australia’s leading corporations. Located in Sydney, THS also operates three additional campuses in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Hayman Island. The school offers programs such as a Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management, a Master of International Tourism and Hotel Management, a Graduate Certificate in International Tourism and Hotel Management, and a Preparatory Program in International Tourism and Hotel Management.

Mulpha, a prominent corporation, invests in numerous private islands and hotels in Australia, including Hayman Island and the InterContinental Hayman Island Resort, InterContinental Hotel Sydney, Sanctuary Cove and InterContinental Hotel Sanctuary Cove, Bimbadgen Estate, and Marritz Hotel. These investments provide THS students with valuable opportunities for internships and employment after graduation.

Through the partnership with THS, UEFers now have access to an international learning environment, enabling them to hone their skills, gain professional expertise, and develop holistically. This collaboration helps students achieve their career goals and prepares them for success in the global service industry.
